Whenever I work on my chakras I usually have painful headaches for a few days, usually after a chakra spinning meditation. Why is this happening and what can I do?

Does this happen all the time? This is normal in the beginning as the body adapts to the changes to bioelectricity and especially if you are working on your 6th and 7th chakras or pineal gland.
If not, then maybe you're doing too much and overloading yourself, reduce the number of repetitions you do and see how that goes.
In addition to what the ToZ Guardian Power of Justice said, also try to notice how you are on a mental level when you start meditating on your chakras, because if you are tense or in any way in an anxious state, this can cause problems when you do power meditations or try to empower yourself.
It happens to me sometimes when I start meditating on the chakras and I'm in a tense state for some reason, or I already have the beginning of a headache, that it accentuates the headache more.
But this happens only when I do empowerment meditations.
