I was once told the best advantage to fight Christianity is to know what they believe in and know the Bible to be knowledgeable in debates with them. However, every time I try to learn about the Bible by reading it, I start to feel more chaos and literal sickness in my life. I was raised atheist before finding Zevism so I grew up knowing absolutely nothing about it but it seems like even just having the book in my home causes physical nausea and so much fatigue the I end up getting rid of it... I have tried reading on my phone and ended up having to buy a new one shortly after downloading a Bible app.

I don't know it these things are truly related or if it is a placebo affect. Can anyone give my some advice as to if it is related, why it happens every time, and how I can proceed to try to learn the enemy so I can better fight them or if I should proceed in this way at all?

Yes, reading it is disgusting. Luckily you don't have to read the whole thing, there's no reason to do that, at this point. High Priestess Pythia has already described a lot of it in the https://templeofzeus.org/LiturgicalTerms.phpExternal ↗ website, but there's much more. This website is linked in the ToZ http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/External ↗ and is a good tool to use to argue with christians.

I have a long list of specific verses I can put here if you're interested, I put them in images so that I could spread them around in social media. They talk about slavery, poverty, murder, torture, etc. The work is not finished as there's a lot of it in the bible, but I have quite a few already.
