I feel like my brain is foggy, there are things going on in my fucking head that aren't working and are making me distracted.
It's getting hard for me to connect my thoughts, to control myself and not let my emotions take over me.
What can I do for this?

Perhaps a working with Uruz and/or Sowilo, or other Fire type of energies if you feel that you need propelling energy to move forward. Otherwise, if it's a situation where you feel like grounding and discipline may be the key, then use Nauthiz or Earth type of energies.
