My chart has 7 fire, 2 air, 2 earth and 4 water.
As you can see, when all the elements except fire are combined, they can barely surpass fire. This imbalance affects me badly.
What can I do about it?

I suggest taking your time with the preliminary meditations for invoking the elements before jumping directly into it. This could means a few weeks to a few months.
If you have you not mastered all those meditations, you can instead do the alternate nostril breathingExternal ↗ exercise which balances your entire soul and is safe for non-advanced meditators. If for some reason you cannot do that exercise (i.e. sinus issues), you can just do the breathing exercise for opening the middle chakra, as suggested by HP Zevios Metathronos, which you can find on this pageExternal ↗.
Also, if you lack grounding, consider spending time out in nature (barefoot when the weather allows) and you need to do on a daily basis.
