Hey TOZ How do you strengthen your nervous system? I was at a social gathering and bumped into a guy who's known for being childish and immature. Consciously I didn't care what this guy did or said at the event however I noticed my body was tensed and I felt a strong shock in my nervous system when this guy was around me. So I'm wondering how can I strengthen my nervous system to avoid this happening again.

Because most of workings I have is 40 days, so I want to know how to do with these. I know only that 80days workings needs to be empowered every month.
This is all new to me, so I cannot offer you any concrete advice, but only assumptions based on what you have already told me. Personally, I have never specifically re-empowered my workings, although I have done new workings that build upon old ones.
I would be careful here because the idea of re-empowering every single working you have ever done would mean the maintenance backlog would simply increase over time to untenable levels. Therefore there is probably more to this situation or idea than we presently know.
If you want my best guess, I would say to re-empower your 40-day workings once every 2 weeks, or as needed, based on your priorities. Alternatively, you could restart the working itself and drive it to 80 days or longer, which, according to this theory, should result in it needing less maintenance.
I doubt there is a hard structure to this, such that you must re-empower at specific times, so I would follow something where you simply revisit older workings and the problems they addressed as needed.
Wouldn't be possible that since our soul grow in power any spell engraved in it become more powerful overtime? So after some advancement we wouldn't need to re-empower the spells.
