when doing chakra cleaning or chakra spinning ,I find it hard to visualise ONLY sacral (orange) and sixth chakra(indigo) ..I can visualise other chakras and clean them easily ,,but why is it difficult for me to Visualise these two chakras?

If you need extra help, just look up pictures on google images of those bright colors and focus on it. Then close your eyes and try to bring the color in your minds eye, as bright and vibrant as can be. Sort of like a modified flame meditation. The more you do it the more comfortable you will be with it and the more vibrant the colors will become.

Before meditating, look at the look and color of these chakras and while meditating, try your best to visualize it. You don't have to stress about it, it doesn't have to be perfect. Your intention is the most important thing.
They are likely weaker and/or dirtier. Check your natal chart for Mars and Moon afflictions, as one possibility here.
