I need to increase my efficiency to solve exam problems quickly and I was planning to use this rune, but I don't know if it affects that this uranus is retrograde.

How about Mannaz as Mercury is direct and in a favorable sign for it to be used effectively? Have you considered working with elemental air energy and yellow color? Those can be used to the same end as well and you wouldn't have to worry about planets.
