What rune can be used to counter a transit of Saturn on Uranus? What about a transit of Saturn in a third house with the cusp in Aquarius?
If the third house has the cusp in Aquarius, I think you can use the same rune that I use to counter the transit on Uranus since Aquarius is ruled by Uranus.
What makes you think a rune will counter a transit?
Transits happen, things happen through them, lessons are to be learned. Do workings for what is happening (find the actual problem), not just a general countering. Growth happens through life, we can't make everything just go away.

And there are other ways of dealing with stuff, such as actually learning about it and learning skills, etc. Not just vibrating a rune at an entire transit.
