In my chart it says that I will not have children and that there may be chances of infertility, and if I happen to have them, they may be disabled and I will spend the rest of my life taking care of them. I chose not to have children because I want to focus on my career and I have had this thought since I entered the teenage phase. But I dream a lot about children and they are usually my children, tonight for example I dreamed that I had 3 and was pregnant with 4 (I think it's because I talked about pregnancy on the same day with a friend of mine) a few months ago every week I was dreaming that I had children (I find out a lot of things by dreaming, like people's names, pregnancy of people close to me, whether or not to trust people ... etc) I think that's why I'm a little scared, I don't want a pregnancy to happen in the future

What you wrote (Saturn in 5th house) is a chance, not a guarantee. My aunt has that. She has 1 child who is now grown. My cousin has no problems, is very intelligent. But my aunt had a miscarriage after giving birth to her. And then she and her husband divorced so no more children.
