Does Pluto have to fully retrograde and go direct over the exact orb degree of a natal planet to affect it by transit or does it affect it if its just within an aspect orb? Like if Pluto is Trining or in a sextile to a natal planet but it doesn't exactly retrograde over the exact orb degree but it is still within the orb in general, does this still count as a transit? And I'm guessing this also applies to the other outer planets as well right?
