It may take a while to find out (it depends) but you can go to the list of gods on the site and read about each one and see the ones that catch your attention (this is not a rule but it may happen that a god that caught your attention is, it varies a lot).
You can use pendulum which is a quick way of communication.
To find out who your Guardian Daemon is depends on how open you are. Focus on spiritual development first and in time your GD will reach out to you.
