For the physical realm, we know most of the laws you can study science and learn them
For the astral plane we know the "7 Hermetic principle"
These two planes are nearly the same and you can't separate them, yet I think we can say that they have slightly different or new higher principles.
As for higher dimensions that the astral, we don't know anything. Yet we nowhere near as advanced to know the exact and all principles for different realms.
