I like not to be ashamed of being myself, both style and personality, I want to go out wearing the clothes I like without caring about the opinion of others ( small town so everyone looks )I would like to be able to show my true personality to people without being ashamed.

As others have stated, this is ruled by one's solar energies. Start a working when the Sun is in Leo soon. Our solar aspect of our soul is the main point which brings self-esteem and self-value. Mars is more related to bravery and aggression.
I’d say try not to go against a norm of a small town. It may not be safe for you. Instead, go to a bigger city where your clothing style is looked upon normal by others.
