Hello.
Whenever I had intercourse with my partner right after her periods ended, my penis had gotten so itchy and unable to go in as it was painful and then a day later there was white skin peel under the foreskin on the front, …then it would itched occasionally until I peef off the white skin.
I wanna ask is this because of those nano blades in the vaccine which also gotten its way in menstruation blood ?????

It sounds like a fungal infection. Go to your doctor with this for appropriate medication.
While vaccines or other pollutants can aggravate human illness, the odds of them being entirely responsible for what happened here is low. Usually they will aggravate pre-existing symptoms, and it sounds like your partner has an infection in the lower part of her body, aka "lower burner" in TCM. This appears to be the main cause, not nanoparticles.
Both you and her need to seek treatment and take other lifestyle steps to fix this.
