before I ask you my questions I would like to give you a little background on myself when I was younger up until I was about the age of 13 I would constantly have psychic experiences such as seeing spirits, being spoken to by them and even being touched by them I’ve also witnessed an object being moved while in the presence of my cousin at the time so I knew I wasn’t going crazy I would go to my mom to tell her what was happening to me but I would always be shunned I even walked in my dad house one day and seen ropes being wrapped around me only to find out that the previous resident had hung them self each experience would completely traumatize me and made me not want to go through that anymore I got to the point to where I wasn’t experiencing anything for a while I believe I subconsciously blocked my abilities to keep my self from being scared to death recently I’ve been trying to achieve telekinesis and electrokinesis I have frequent dreams where I can freely use telekinesis at will and even feel the pulling and pushing energy that I Initiates the phenomenon and I woke up and tried it I can feel the energy slightly but I can’t manifest I believe I have a subconscious block do you have any tips on reawakening my senses and manifesting kinesis in this reality and do you think it’s a limit to how far we can take the powers

I be having similar dreams and my powers was clairvoyance and clairaudience now it seems to be difficult now
