Their is another very powerful way to do the twin serpent meditation on Temple of Zeus. This involves running the serpents from the base to the crown forward and the backwards to the base. Then the staff gets spinned around but do not I repeat do not imagine the serpents while spinning the staff take turns imagining each one at a time. This meditation produces 3 white ovals in your mind get heaven and hell connecting trough the snakes you will meet three lights in your head before it turns into one
