I have somebody who's currently going through an acute health crisis. As I understand, is it probably a blood infection. Would it help if I performed Asclepius's ritual to help in healing? How about adapting the ritual affirmations for this person?
I did this, although in my case it was more of a health scare since the person had . I did the Ritual normally, and while meditating on the symbol I asked for the person in cause to receive the grace of Lord Asclepius.
Do not alter the rituals in any way.
After the ritual you can connect to the Deity in question, and if you wish, read or say your prayer if there is something specific in your mind you want to address.

Alright. I simply asked for help.
I'm currently doing a Venus Square with the intent to heal them. Would it help if the person began a magickal working as well or are these useless to those who are without?

Being "with", what is it? It is with Gods, we are with Gods. Directly and strongly. The reality of Nature and us as part of it, in other words, the existence of magick, does not render this reality any different for those "without".

In the Yazidi books, "those who are without" as said by Melek Ta'us means "those who are without understanding of the Gods and their mysteries".
Those who are "with", then, are those who know the deeper nature of the Gods.
In the present, this is ToZ only.
(Obviously, the Gods are free to reveal anything to anyone, but ToZ is the only normative and "visible" esoteric initiatory path of the Gods)
That being said, magick is not something given by the Gods supernaturally.
The knowledge of how to perform magick was given supernaturally, through Initiates, but the ability to do magick is only given providentially, similarly to how the Gods "gave us" the Universe and our brains, bodies and, important here, souls.
Those who are without still have the ability to raise energy, program it and direct it towards goals, albeit with less knowledge, protection from natural entropy, etc.
As for your question itself, nothing wrong with doing this for an outsider, if your attitude is right. God Asclepius is then free to help or not help.

Thank you for confirming. I suggested they should begin the square before but wanted to make sure if I should press the message, seeing that this Friday is the last opportunity in a while.
