I made a donation today but facing issues in uploading the proof of donation in the Hall Of Osiris platform. I am not sure if everyone is having this problem or not.

The upload reciept button isn't working for me and I'm on mobile.
I can't use my PC as it is out of commission.

I had tried donating again same day a little later and my issue was resolved
TG BlackOnyx will help you out if the upload receipt still isn’t working

This sometimes happens to me too, the button to add the proof sometimes doesnt work..

He will sort out your problem don’t worry
Most of the members are really busy and there can be a delay in responding.
In ToR I was facing this issue of not being able to upload proof of donation, switching browsers worked for me.

at the bottom of the hall page is a contact link. Send someone an email and give it some time. they will get back to you on the problem.
Eventually these little hicuups will be sorted out. it takes time.

I am in big problem coz I can't even log in I don't know

If you're currently unable to submit any donation send me a message here with all the data and I will submit it for you. In the meantime all compatibility issues will be solved over the next week.

i've sent you an email with my first donation proff- i don't know how to turn the email into a jpeg. I look forward to being able to do this on my own without having to do a bunch of emails.

thank you. i was thinking more of replying to the message than what could be seen. this has been a long process and i'm just trying to get it done with. especially since this is the first time i've seen BlackOnxy replying to anything in a while. I just want to get this part of the process done with...... Sorry about having anyone having to use their mod status to cover my idiocy....

I don't think anyone has seen my donation yet though because I am still in tier zero.

It takes some time to approve the donations.
The problem I mentioned about donations not reflecting also was because I accidentally made two emails and two accounts on donations page, this was brought to my attention by TG BlackOnyx.

I don't know what what's happening I try to log in to hall of Osiris without success I donated it seems I forget my account password
