Ehh what? Spark plug? It sounds like you are using a shitty online translator to translate this from some other language to English and you probably mean "candle" not "spark plug". A "spark plug" is something that's inside your car's engine, not something you use in rituals. It's this:
And no, the Rituals don't need any candles. Read their instructions carefully, anything they don't mention is not necessary
