A family member is going to this local Muslim who I suspect is doing something against.
A lot of obstacles.
I need to ask, what these Muslims who practice this kind of black magick are capable of ? Doing something against a Zevist if we don’t meditate and protect ourselves ?
What are their capabilities ? What kind of magick rhey tap into ? They don’t meditate so how can they be adept at this shit magick ???

You could vibrate Aza while doing your AOP meditation to empower it further. Vibrate Sowilo first to activate the Aza rune more first.
You could also direct your AOP to reflect any curses back to the sender.

Repetitions for 10 each are good. It's the standard number used in most God rituals. Vibrate the runes into your aura of protection, you could use white light or breathe in energy from the Sun then empower further with Sowilo and Aza.
Vibrating SATANAS a few times till you feel the energy could also help empower it further.
In the Quran it says to be an enemy of iblis (the devil)

Just burn some bay leaf. It protects you from enemy attack if they're using magic and spells against you. And then do a god ritual

Do the rituals of Andras or Orobas, in addition to your normal protective measures. Ask them for guidance and protection about the situation.
Do what other have already said and do not be afraid of anything they are trying to do. Islam, just like Christianity, feeds on fear and ignorance.
Most of the time, those Islamic "exorcists" are frauds who take advantage of people in order to earn a huge financial gain. There have been many reports about such charlatans on ex-Muslim groups by people who mentioned how the most ignorant followers of that system would invite imams instead of doctors in order for the jinn to be "cast out", as they believed that would make the victim's illness go away since Islamic stupidity blames Ibllis for everything - not really any different than Christianity. In addition to stealing money from their victims, they would also give the suffering people false hope that the Islamic prayer or ritual would help them in their time of need, only for the worse to happen in the end.
Just continue your dedication as a Zevist and ignore that person, otherwise your focus and mental energy will be directed at the negatives.

Exactly, the so-called mystic (or magicians) in Christianity and Islam are mostly bunch of frauds who have minimal to zero spiritual power. They simply present themselves that way because their goal is to scam people out of their money. Funnily enough, they view magick as abominable act, yet their practices are just plagiarized versions of the pagan rituals that they stole and appropriated in their ignorance-promoting religions.
When you know yourself, those energies will be subservient to you because the spirit of the Father who dwells in you is greater than all.
