I like the way you think. Keep developing your thought process and keep connecting the dots.
The only way I see that would guarantee a well regulated social structure is a return to the system where a priesthood (in the current set of circumstances that would be people from our ranks) keeps the balance, directs and advises the governing caste in conjunction with a free and independent scientific community. And to be quite honest I don't see this thing they now call democracy ever working unless or until the collective consciousness gets to a much higher level. In the meantime we must transition to a more efficient and sustainable, natural system.
Before any of that is possible there's much work to be done. Healing, perhaps even cauterizing societies wounds to stop the massive blood loss.
