I have been studying and practicing kundalini yoga and I would very much recommend it. It is mentioned on the TOZ website as well. This is a faster way to raise the kundalini than just regular hatha yoga...

also, there is a site online that teaches kundalini yoga in 24 lessons. type 'kundalini yoga' into yahoo.com serch engine and you will surely find it.
