It is good. I would just add "permanently" to it. So something like:
I am completely and permanently aware and in control of my sexual energy in a healty and positive way.
Just as a reminder, the effectiveness of a work is given not only by the affirmation (wording), but especially by the conviction and the power you put into the affirmation.
