I was wondering, since invoking elements are powerful meditations, if I invoked the fire element into my clauridience and clairivoyance points, would that damage them? I can handle a lot of fire, I get no side effects when I invoke it to my aura or chakras, I can handle at least 20 fire breaths if not more.
If anyone else knows different or better energy to direct into them I would also be greatful. Thanks.

I was invoking fire into my pineal before I read that it wasn't a good idea, but nothing bad happened. I try to invoke only color energy there now. I am not sure I would invoke fire in the head area, but that's just my thoughts...invoking purple in that area seems to work well...

I read someplace to stay away from the heart and brain. So I personally wouldn't invoke fire there.
