For you, focus on the sacral chakra, visualise an orange triangle shining in orange light and hold that for as long as you want, 30 minutes if you want. Overtime this will increase your sensitivity to energies.

You can also visualise runes shining in gold light for a period of time of your choice, the longer the better.

Disrespected by some very sad and lonely people most probably. People who never meditate/do yoga but should, just as you should. That way you will elevate yourself above caring about their disrepectful ways, just as they would elevate themselves above being disprespectful for no reason at all other than being sad and empty inside.

Not to sound cliche but sometimes these negative experiences are obstacles to help us grow by pushing thru them. With this path, it teaches us on an individual scale how to overcome personal obstacles. Fight back and I don't mean become an "a-hole" to people but learn how to break thru the obstacles in your path in the best way it suits you in a manner that your refined personality can muster. Eventually you will also learn a lot from these experiences even if it's just understanding why some people are the way they are and you'll feel bad for them that they hurt themselves by letting Izfetic energies control them.

I don't know what this meant, few days after my dedication ritual, I met a lady and she was all lovely and I felt strong connection with her and I think she does too for me.

Having told her about my story with my wife to be and my family and how they humiliated me and her , we got bonded and somehow we started dating and having an affair and she offered to be in my life and give me babies that I haven't had since the 5 years I've been living with my wife to be , but she said it must be on the condition that I marry her ONLY , and I told her I can't chase my wife to be that has been in this struggle with me in the last five years and has sacrificed a lot for me, and I also told her that I wanted a big family with my wife to be and her as both wives, since she's young and fertile, This made her got angry and she broke up. My wife to be is aware of all these and supported that I marry them both so I could easily have my own biological babies through her since she's older and can't do that for me except through artificial conception which we don't have the financial might.

all of these happened in the 40days period of my meditation. I don't know if these were the gods showing me a path to follow by offering me a younger woman. What do you make of this please?
