Hunger During Meditation/And another question

Hello to my brothers and sisters, Hail Lord Lucifer, Hail Lord Zeus.

I have a quick and short question.

When I’m meditating, for example, while doing aura cleansing, protective aura meditation, or other meditations, I feel intense hunger, weakness, and a slight burning sensation in my stomach caused by hunger.

This feeling of hunger particularly starts when I focus on the third chakra (solar Chakra) during meditation. What is the reason for this? And what does it signify?

My next question is that during meditation, at times, I feel intense heat in my third chakra and heart chakra, and most often in my spine. I also experience pain in my third chakra and heart chakra. I’ve read on the main website that this intense heat and pain are signs of the Kundalini serpent rising. But how can I alleviate this pain and strengthen the rising of my Kundalini?

Thank you all!

Yes, it is normal. Meditation is like physical training.

If you feel hot it is probably an indicator of a blockage, with cleaning and moving forward the blockage will be removed.

The third chakra governs part of the digestive system, so by focusing on it, you can feel digestion speeding up.

Pain is related to energetical impurities and lack of free flow of energy. This can be alleviated with purification and yoga asanas, for example.
