I have a cyst on my wrist that I've had for about 4 years now. I sprained my wrist and that's when it appeared. It can get pretty painful, though most of the time it's just a hindrance to wrist mobility(it's on top of my wrist, right on the joint). I'm hopeful for a way to get rid of the cyst without surgery.
