I tried HTTrackExternal ↗ but I believe that because the software is old, it can't save CSS or JS making the sites completely unnavigable, the only alternative I found was ArchiveWeb.pageExternal ↗, but it's extremely slow to archive because I have to do it manually and it's also not possible to save PDFs with it. I'm looking for an alternative if anyone knows of one.

TG ApolloAbove may update this site in the future: https://apolloabove.org/External ↗
Other than this, I don't know.

I mean about using the site offline and locally.

I had Qwen create a Python script that does this, and it managed to download the websites. Maybe later, if it's allowed, I share the downloaded sites for offline/local use, or I send the source code to anyone who wants to do it manually.
