Honorary TranslatorOfficially Yule season starts on the Winter Solstice but I am a bit lost about when we start decorating home, the tree, and all decorations, gift preparation, so on.
It seems christians start in early December trying to connect all of this with the nazarene garbage, I do not want to tie to this mainstream stuff as I usually try to do the opposite that the mass does (if I can).
I usually start beginning of December as 21 seems late for me.
Any suggestion, what do you do ?

I prefer to decorate at the beginning of December, to get a solid month of enjoying my decorated tree.
And I take it down around Jan 1, otherwise it gets tiring to look at, and I don't want to get tired of the beautiful tree.
