So I'm new to all of this and it's a lot of information to take in at first. Is there anyone out here that can help me learn and get into it. I'm not sure where to start but I'd love to learn and go from there?

I just found the website recently and I already have some spirits with me right now, I'm assuming they are demons because I can barely hear them and it kinda sounds like they yes when I ask and I can sort of tell where they are. Was wondering if anyone is near this kind of awareness and maybe help me communicate better with them, I'm kind of frustrated at the lack of communication ;(
