I am not allowed to use incense, fire, candles and build any altar, but those materials are crucial to magick, which other materials can I use then?

Crystals and a couple other things have a real spiritual role, but they are also not crucial.
All spiritual practices only require a mind and voice, and access to the practice material.
Your mind, your body, and your emotions. You need nothing else.
Your body connects you to the material and thus manifestation. Your emotions provide the energetic charge that powers your magick. Your mind manages the whole process, programs this energy, and directs it.
This is the holy trinity of magick. Anything else is unnecessary.

Technically, not even voice is required.
