So I was kinda bored and wanted to draw something, and I figured it would be one of the gods....

So the I used a reference picture to do this which was the first picture that came up of Thoth on the internet. This is my first drawing of a god and it turned out better than I expected and actually turned out pretty ok.

I had fun drawing him though I absolutely abhor drawing hands (if there are more than 3 fingers) and bare feet. Its a painnnnnn! Those parts took the longest out of any other part.

When I thought I had FINALLY finished the feet, I realized I drew the left foot the wrong way where the big toe was facing the outside 😑😑😑😑😑....Then I had to redraw the foot all over again.

I hope you like it and if you have any advice to help me improve in the future, it will be greatly appreciated.

Good work.

I have a curiosity, wasn't barefoot walking a slave thing? Usually those who were more regal wore sandals, right?

Every detail in the drawing is magnificent. It would be great if you could draw the other Gods too!

I really loved this one, it's awesome! :)

You should keep drawing, you should definitely keep drawing. I would like to see more Gods from your pen.

Hail Thoth!

I will definitely try to draw the other Gods. I'll have to think about which God to draw next.

I don't know about that. I was drawing based on what I saw on the pyramid wall paintings and he was not wearing sandals.
