So I’m sure most of you know this already but recently I’ve discovered that one can visualize a rune and breathe in the energy from it so if I visualize a negative rune and breathe in the energy but imagine it going into an enemy(as well as feel this obviously), will this work to curse them?
Don't breathe in energy from any negative visualisation/rune. Just apply it externally of you, directly on them/object. Yes this is cursing someone.

Thank you, yes, I understand you’re not supposed to breathe it into yourself but let’s say I basically imagine my enemy and a negative rune and I I breathe and imagine negative energy coming out of the rune and go directly into the enemy(target) and not into myself.
This is the way you were explaining, correct?

Si el trabajo con runas resulta beneficioso para uno mismo, al hacerlas vibrar, ¿puedes visualizarlas e inhalar su energía para que inunden tu ser (alma, aura)?
