Do we need to spiritually cleanse rooms?

Just a short question I have is do we need to spiritually cleanse rooms we spend most time in? Because I meditate, sleep, work and study in my room, after a while I have noticed that all these tasks became heavy or boring to do in my room but when I do them in another room I feel refreshed and more focused so to say.
I am not entirely sure is it due to energies in the room being "dirty" or "used" and if yes, will the mantras used for cleaning the soul and chakras suffice to clean the room once or twice per week, just to keep energies fresh in the room?

Yes, definitely do a cleaning every now and then. You can do it for 3 days in a row, and then once a week, that will probably suffice. You might need to go for 7 days in a row at first, go by how you sense it.

Sananda would be a good option, or Surya. Not Visuddhi. Use the electric blue fire energy too, including under your bed, in your mattress, couch. Where you sit and lay gathers stagnant energy.

If you have quartz crystal, you can place it in various areas of your room or home to clear the stagnant energy.

Does any type of quartz work? I see in my region there are many types of quartz, both raw and polished. Also do you have a book that you learn from about crystals?

Clear is preferable, or any other type you happen to have. Doesn't matter if polished or raw.

What kind of incense or runes can I use to cleanse a space of negative energy?

Palo Santo and White Sage for cleaning purposes. And the rune Sowilo can be used for cleaning.

I clean my place almost everyday along when I clean my aura and chakras. Right afterwards. If one is focused and does it with high quality focus then this doesn't have to be with higher reps. 3-5 reps is enough. I like to use Surya but the other runes mentioned work as well. Just make sure to stay consistent or do the working as High Priestess mentioned.
