I was doing the dedication ritual, i wrote the prayer on a paper but couldn't get blood out of my finger. Can i use the same paper for a second attempt or do i have to write the prayer again?

What you do is use the back of the dedication paper any part that space at the end of the dedication .

You can use the same paper, no problem.
The amount of blood has to be just a tiny and small drop, nothing too much.
The amount is irrelevant but it is within your own very heart what matters the most.
