The best thing to do would be to complete the 40 day program and be sure to study the templeofzeus.org website more. Also if you aren't already dedicated make sure you do that. Doing the Final Ritual and Returning curses 1 & 2 is something you need to do every day as well.

Same I had the problems. I have solve the problems with my own creative Spiritual techniques. When I did any ritual, I felt more energy but after some minutes, I lost the energies. I couldn't restore the energy. For this, I plant for doing something experiment about restoring energies, to keep it myself. I also took help from my a satanic relatives.
Here below I am giving you my individual technique to restore energies. You can try this technique.

The technique:

Suppose , I have done a ritual for enhancing my confidence will power. So, after finishing ritual, to restore the energy, I vibrate the rune URUS and SOWILO.

I vibrate URUS 18 times , then
I vibrate SOWILO 18 times.

After these Vibration, I have now 2 energies. One, Confidence will energy. Two, runes energy . For restoring the one energy (Confidence will), I empower the one energy (Confidence) by the two energy(rune). In a word,Simply like My gola is to enhance the will power through runes energy.

So, after empowering the one energy, I gather the energy into my 6th chakra. When gathering the energies into 6th chakra, I visualize my golden colour 6th chakra. Thats it.

I have tried many times the techniques and also my friends tried this and all we are have done successfully .
