Ive been a dedicated satanist. for over two years now.
and i am now. almost completely astrally open.
the problem is seeing energy and the astral is becoming a burden as well as occasionally hearing it. is there a way to tune it out periodically when need be?

Void Meditations also. And the Isa rune can also help with this.
