How does one do Spleen 6 acupoint?
I haven’t been craving any food but sweet things, but I am trying not to indulge in them too much. I’ve also been craving exercise, but due to the fact that I had my 5th metatarsus of my right foot breaking back in April and I never being able to get the physical therapy that I required, have to take things slow, because my foot hurts at random times. Like I can’t descend thd stairs well, can’t run or ride a bicycle yet, so I’m limited. However, I’ve been putting ”Katinko Ointment” and it’s been helping so far, so there’s that.
As for Yoga, no, I haven’t done it yet, I keep losing motivation even with vibrating Eihwatz. It helped before, now there’s no effect.. :/
I’ll look into doing the Uruz working. Ibstart my new job on Tuesday and will be working 48 hours (if not more) a week, so I am going to do my best. Thank you!
Here is a picture of the point. Notice that they use their fingers to measure since everyone's body is unique and relative to itself. The point may feel sore or feel like a small divet or notch. Notice that it is just to the side of the bone.
Press and hold to the best of your ability, for about 5-10 minutes. You may feel certain changes in your body, perhaps feeling calmer. If you start to feel cold or tired, then stop, as you don't want to deplete your yang energy excessively.
You can do more as you become more comfortable with it, or as you gain more energy through yoga or other methods, like the [urlhttps://templeofzeus.org/Yogic_Breathing.php]breath of fire. Also, you can use multiple fingers so that you cover a large area and therefore surely cover this point or other points.

As far as sweet cravings, this is a symptom of low spleen energy, likely as a result of being exhausted. When the spleen gets tired, it wants a quick boost of energy to recharge it, hence the cravings for something sweet. Normally this would drive you to eat something like carrots or potatoes, not junk food, so you can safely indulge in normal carbs.
As far as motivation, this is mainly related to fire. Pluto/Eihwaz is like a mix of water and fire, but this is not as strong as raw fire. Instead of Eihwaz, use SowiloExternal ↗ or the breath of fire. Similarly, work on your solar chakra more. Physically, the spleen is very related to the solar chakra, and as it improves, you will feel more motivated.
If you can do yoga, in regards to your injury, then you should definitely push yourself, because you will start to feel a lot better, as these will greatly energize you and alleviate your conditions.
Here are 4 separate routines you can look at, which would be useful to attempt:
ToZ Hatha Yoga and Kundalini RoutinesExternal ↗
Kundalini Yoga - Solar KriyaExternal ↗
5 Tibetan RitesExternal ↗
There may be acupoints or other ways to accelerate the healing of your foot. However, the above will indirectly heal it. For more about this, it is probably best to consult with CentralForce.
How does one make an appointment with CentralForce’s services? And how much does it cost?
Thank you all so much! Sorry for the late reply!
You can find CentralForce's thread and appointment service here: https://www.ancient-forums.com/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=76057
It is $45 dollars for a 90-minute consultation, where he can provide lifestyle advice, dietary tips, and herbal remedies to help you. Although TCM is much easier to understand and apply for normal people, there can still be certain areas of confusion.
I have spent a lot of time learning TCM to help myself, but I had made mistakes in the past, which would've been easily fixed by CentralForce's advice. It was also CentralForce that diagnosed and helped me with my own problem, way in the past.
