hello everybody can somebody show me hhow to meditate ive read everything on Temple of Zeus but i cant work round my disease which gives me 24/7 pain not even tramadoll erases it completely i have a 43 degree scoliosiscan anybody here help please

You have read everything on the website you say.. yet you have to ask this? Go to the beginner section of the meditations .......
Do yoga, clean your aura, build an aura of protection, open your chakras, etc.
