I used to take calcium(+D3) supplements, but during this period the white of my eyeballs turned blue. It has been blue ever since, hasn't turned back to color. However if I sleep well it seems to be less like this ?
Does anyone know WHY this happened?

I am not sure about the silver poisoning.. I haven't worn any silver things, I haven't eaten any silver (for so far I know).
If it is poison then there is a herb that can catch heavy metals, though I forgot which one. I really should study more. I think it contains lots of looistoffen .. dutch word. Its the compound that gives a leathery feeling in your mouth when you drink cold strong black tea.
Spinach is high in tannins - tannins also block iron absorption in the gut so they are unsuitable for long term use.

I just hopped on the sun page (azazels astrology) lol and it seems I am having more trouble that is described there too. So all in all it is not a bad idea. I just have to make sure I do not overload myself with other things.

Also, choose country in whitch you live. Also even for chakra and natal chart working (spiritual square) you need to put afirmation. After vibrating words for square, all working for that day, put afirmation few times. When working for material stuff like look, money and so on, you put afirmation directly about that, but when you working for spiritual you put afirmation like: The energis of (planet you work) are fixing my weak (planet you work) energys, macking me stronger, better.
Sorry for bad english. I work with sqares 4 years now. Its a best meditatio for me. Squares are only thing that can change your natal chart energies to bether.

Also you do maguck square only one time a day. You do number of repetition for that day but only on time a day. Because like for spiritual square sun in day one you have number 31. So you do a 31 times vibrating that words like aum suryae swaha (i start sun square, my 4th spiritual sun square in this sunday and i choose shorter mantra words) and after that you put afirmation few times.Next day you need to do 2 times and after that afirmation, and so on. But only one time a day. Because if you do 2 times a dy the number of repetition will be 63 and not 31.That working when you can do a two times a day is for runes, but not for squares.

You using sanskrit words so if you are doing Satan's magick square you can't same time use sanskrit word for cleaning aura or advacing chakras expect if you use word which is different. Suryae is main focus word in sun square, so if you are doing sun square - forget using that word to clean you aura or advance you solar chakra vibrating 108 times in it. Instead use raum for cleaning aura and advancing that cakra while you doing sun square. Because you can fuck up sun square. You can use the same rune or mantra for multiple purposes. You should have a gap of several hours between each working. I have done a sun square and used SURYAE to clean my aura/build an aura of protection at the same time and had no problems.
