So last night for first time I began the process of astral projection, as I was trying to fall asleep, I suddenly felt my torso being pulled upwards and an enormous pressure on my crown, this sensation lasted a while but I couldn't go through the process, the pressure on my crown lasted hours after.
Could it be due a heavy chakra blockage?(From my throat maybe) And which chakras are the most important for AP?
