I have two questions about this site:
1) I've seen this site mentioned in some forum posts in English and some meditations and yogas are similar to that of ToZ and vice versa, so much so that in the pdf of kundalini yoga there is at the end a link to this site.
I would like to know about the reliability of all the information there. I saw that it is a site focused on kundalini yoga, so is it safe to do the meditations and yogas there?

2) I found a very interesting link on this site as well, which is about kundalini numerology based on the anniversary date:

This numerology is correct, because if I am, I want to add my routines for the correction of spiritual bodies.

The yoga sequences are good, the meditation and info that they give isn't.

The numerology is mostly incomplete. It's too brief and in some case it's incorrect. For the rest, I concur with Aquarius.

I thought the whole site could be trusted due to the large amount of yoga sequences :D
