I agree. I believe in Salem's table, it is laied at as 1,2,3 etc as in the first, second and third hour of the day.
On the ToZ it is put into the hours. This is just a rough estimate. Note it says 6am (around sunrise). This isn't an exact time, but for a world wide perspective, the first hour of each day will be roughly around 6am. Obviously this changes acording to the time of year, as well as your location on Earth.
This is why ChornosXP is good to have. It will give you exact times for each planet.

Example - 10:53am, on the day of Jupiter, is the hour of Mercury. Until 11:56am, it is still the hour of Mercury.
It's better to get the ChronosXP program, and use that as a guide.

What actual time each planet is depends on your position on the planet. Download ChronosXP to help with this, you can put in the longitude and latitude for your location and it will give you the list of planetary hours.
