An artist comparison here the proven art skills would be the theurgy and meditative practices,
Here the deamon would fit the description of another artist of a very high level but in the same field as you ,

I am trying to see if I can understand the level of autonomy of the Daemon in its own essence and not whether it is or it is not,
I do not consider the sphere's influence and the Daemon to be something 'forced on a soul' per say ,or out of my own desires
,by conforming(please excuse my English skills,,it's a learned language) I meant an instance where your patterns of existence and consciousness fits perfectly with the Daemon to something like 1+1 becomes a new 1 and not in a reductive sense,

Analogy can only take us so far, but yes. The Guardian Daemon would then be DaVinci, who inspired you to be an artist, whom you learn from, and whose artistic vision is carried on in your own art.

The Guardian has full autonomy and personhood, yes.

The way you put "patterns (...)" is correct from what I can see. But we do also need to realize that we are talking about a very high spiritual process when we talk about "union" with the Daemon. Literally everything we say about it needs to be put into quotation marks, because no words fully encapsulate what actually happens. Advanced spiritual realities can't be perfectly explained in words.
What Apotheosis truly feels like, can not be explained in words.
What Enlightenment truly feels like, can not be explained in words.
What the experience of personhood and consciousness is for a God, can't be understood by a mortal.
And as well, "synthesis with the Guardian Daemon", can't be put into words.

We can, in fact, have an Apophatic (google it, it is a form of theology that was coined by christianity but is otherwise fine to use) approach to it. We don't know what it is, but we know what it isn't.

It isn't merging into a hivemind, because the Gods value personhood and sovereignty.
The Guardian does not cease to be an independent person, because the Gods are independent autonomous beings.
You are not "destroyed" in the process, because advancement always grants more sovereignty and independence, not less.

Thus, we know what union with the Guardian isn't. As for what it is, well, advance and find out.

I'm not sure if this is the right thread to ask, but what happens to a participant whose daimon is the opposite gender, especially a male with a female daimon? In the best case scenario it makes things awkward. In the worst case it becomes a major disadvantage compared to people whose daimon matches their own gender

This is actually coincidental because this is what led me to make that inquiry,

I am a male, my Daemon is a female,
From my few interaction I can tell she is her own being, the idea of merging felt completely bonkers based on what I knew at the time,
But if you were to personally reflect on your level of consciousness and that of the daimon the gender looks like a revelation by itself, of all the qualities I find in her, Interactions and receptivity,I am starting to think this are the dimensions of my own existence that I can't yet access without her assistance or help,
Like the divine manifesting in the form that you are not,
Things that compliment what you lack at the given moment,
You should read Ibn Arabi encounter with what he describes as the 'Princess among the daughters of the Greeks', his case is similar to it, Ibn Arabi was a Sufist poet and she credited this being she had a visionary encounter in Mecca to be an inspiration to his poems,
Think of the Gnostic Sophia ,the divine revealing itself in what the practitioner lack

But these are my own thoughts on it and I am still learning,
