Let's say we do our magick working 1 time per day with X amount of energy for a 40-day period. What if we change this energy to 3X per day? Performing it 3 times a day with X amount of energy for each.
Will it empower our working or more energy is bad

If you can sustain it, it will be more powerful yes. But you must maintain the structure of it everyday.

Personally, I have started doing work with fewer repetitions, but twice a day, morning and evening, as explained by HPS Pythia on the Satanic Rosary page. I feel much better because I do fewer repetitions, so I do them well, but I do them twice a day. I feel really good with two daily sessions of fewer repetitions.
