As a side note, for men, it is a good practice to learn to separate orgasm and ejaculation so that there is no waste of physical energy. This is where microcosmic orbit mediation comes into play, along with other practices.
Aside from Henu advised, it is important to also not overstimulate yourself in that area.
Too many people nowadays spend too much time on a daily basis doing that when their time would be better spent developing themselves and different areas of their life. Men are especially guilty here.
