I wonder what this situation could be related to.
When I get angry at someone, feel resentment or when I'm binding someone; the area around my womb becomes intensely active. I see a blackish-gray energy coming out of my womb and enveloping that person, but I don't do this consciously.
When I visualize cleansing that area, I feel physical pain, similar to what I feel during my period. Then that area "feels" red.
Do you have any idea?

In addition to what's been said, it is advisable not to directly connect with any negative energies and to always keep them external to one's chakras/aura/soul when doing bindings, etcetera.
Make sure to clean and purify your chakras very thoroughly after performing such magick.
