Brother, it is $1,300.00, how can someone achieve that if they either can't donate due to financial constraints to where they either live paycheck to paycheck (bills and basic food for survival with rent) and or they are unable to work due to legal issues or such that prevent them from having any money?

If the OP is in situation similar to it, how can they do it then? Please help me understand, I am not seeking any arguments or anything negative, just genuinely interested to know, thank you!

Would this work if I had a let's say negative Neptune influence over me? Would those mantras help?
