I have noted a Saturn 3rd house transit for someone who began working a driving job making deliveries, the 3rd house rules short term travel. In the solar return Saturn was in the SR 6th house of work. The circumstances around employment made it difficult for them to leave even though I was told they hated driving and really wanted to quit and do something else. The job paid good though so it wasn't all bad.

Saturn on a degree of beginnings in a cardinal sign can represent a new commitment of some sort. Although I haven't observed a retrograde Saturn at these degrees before.
