I have problems with consistency...

Before you can make giant efforts, you need to make small efforts. You mentioned you have problems with consistency, so it would make more sense to do a God Ritual for five, then ten days in a row at first, like a normal schedule we have. Once that becomes manageable, you can start to make longer strides without much worry for failure, as you have already progressed to some extent. Additionally, you need to prioritize and manage your time so that important things get done.

I do not know who said that about the effectiveness of these rituals. A God Ritual is effective from the first one done. They open up more as you advance, though. But they are effective and real from the get-go.

You don't have to start from day one, just continue doing the ritual as you can. Do not do multiple ones per day.
